Cold plunge pool
If you are out of the sauna or steam room, go outside to fill your lungs with fresh air. This should be done at 30 °C as well as at -30 °C. After this, try to rinse off as cold as possible by showering, starting at the feet and slowly to the top. Don't forget to cool down your head. After this you can use the cold plunge pool.

Warm plunge pool
After the use of the cold plunge pool, you can use the warm plunge pool. This way you can exchange pools according to the teachings of Dr. Kneipp.

In preparation for the sauna or steam room it is advisable to use the foot bath. The foot bath will make the pores open to prepare for the sauna or steam room. Also at the end of a sauna round, after the cold rinse or dipping it is advisable to use the foot bath.

This hot tub causes delicious relaxation. The warm waters of the whirlpool has a good influence on your mind, muscles and joints. After using the Whirlpool, take a cold shower and cool down your head.

Enjoying our steam bath is also very good for your health. Steam stimulates blood circulation and promotes the removal of dead skin cells. Steam has a moisturizing effect and increases the internal body temperature. A steam bath increases the pulse of 60/80 beats per minute in rest, to 110/140 beats per minute.
