Measures in the Thermes

On this page we would like to inform you as much as possible about the reopening of our thermal complex and the applicable rules.

Reservations

It is mandatory to work with reservations to control the influx of guests.

Time block

In order to give as many guests as possible the opportunity to get the well-deserved relaxation, we have decided to work with time blocks. This means that you reserve an arrival time and from that moment on you can stay for a maximum of 4 hours for € 18.50 per person including Vitamin water.

We ask everyone to adhere to the check-in and check-out time, so that no problems arise here. If we repeatedly deviate from these times, we are forced to take action.

If it turns out that you cannot use a specific time block, we kindly request you to inform us in time so that we can let someone else enjoy our facilities.

Reservation by email

In the mail you have to mention your preference of date, time (arrival between 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. or after 5 p.m), your name, address and telephone number.

Reservation by phone

We have limited access by phone. You can reach us between 12:00 and 18:00 on +31 46485 1666, option 1.

Capacity

We can allow a limited number of guests in our Thermal complex. This number is based on the well-known 1.5 meter distance and the number of square meters known as 'guest space'.

A maximum of 4 guests can check in every 15 minutes, so that the lobby and dressing room can be kept 1.5 meters away. You will be asked about your health at check-in. When in doubt about health, we are entitled to deny access.

Food & drinks

The restaurant in the Thermen is closed. It is allowed to bring your own drinks, food is not allowed. The hotel restaurant is open for hotel guests.

Protocols

Protocols have been written by the government & sector association, which Amrâth Hôtels has incorporated in its own protocol. For the protocol for the sauna itself, we are still awaiting the final protocol of the industry association.
